FUSE – Film Under Severe Experiment is an international short film festival focusing on the work of young filmmakers.

The organizer of FUSE – Film Under Severe Experiment is Cinema Club Karlovac (Kinoklub Karlovac), a non-governmental organization whose primary focus are audiovisual activities. It promotes film and video culture and related arts. Cinema Club Karlovac is a co-organizer of the Youth Film Festival and Four River Film Festival, a national and international event dedicated to the youth filmmaking. It is also a member of Youth Cinema Network, broad network of film workers, festivals, associations, etc. Cinema Club Karlovac organizes Karlovac River Cinema, a unique open air cinema on the coast of several rivers throughout Karlovac County in the summertime.

The Festival is patroned by Croatian Audiovisual Centre, Karlovac, The Croatian Film Directors Guild and City of Karlovac.
